1. Pole Barn and bridge work great job thanks to everyone who helped, it's good to see some activity.

2. A& R inquiry has been e-mailed to Tad.
3. Insurance policy has been updated for 6 months.
4. President's letter will be sent to past and present members.
Committees
1. Trail Committee - need to inventory the signs and place an order for signs and posts, need to pick up groomer from Tony's for wiring work, a calendar will be posted at the club to sign up for grooming.
2. Event Committee - Fall BBQ November 7th, 2009, Safety training on November 28, 2009 9-5 at the club house must be 10 years old, lunch provided.

Motion by Charlie Bain, seconded by Tracy Smith to purchase a $600.00 gift certificate to The Great Escape Lodge for John Reale for use of his equipment and donation of materials. All in favor. Motion Carried.
3. Building & Grounds Committee - Pole Barn roof needs to be finished. Work night 10/28/09 after 4:00.

A land use agreement need to be made with Bruce Crammond and Lyle at the fort.
